Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support related to their insurance policies. Your goal is to ensure that each client’s experience with our agency is smooth and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Assist clients with understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims process.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and share insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in insurance or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
