Personal Lines Sales/Customer Service Agent


Mt. Pleasant Agency – Central Insurance is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Sales/Customer Service Agent who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is capable of multi-tasking, and has a demonstrated ability to problem solve and be flexible. Insurance knowledge and college education are preferred but not required.


  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and sell effectively
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Proficient with internet, data entry, Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Minimum of High School Degree, college education preferred
