For the third consecutive year, Mt. Pleasant Agency and McArthur Insurance Agency have partnered with Frankenmuth Insurance to provide new American flags in exchange for old, worn flags.
Members of the community can get replacement flags during normal business hours between November 6 and November 10, 2023, which is the week leading up to Veterans Day.
Since beginning this program in 2021, Mt. Pleasant Agency and McArthur Insurance Agency have helped replace nearly 300 worn American flags in the central Michigan area. They work with organizations such as the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Forgotten Eagles to make sure the worn flags are properly retired.
