The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) voted unanimously on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021, in support of issuing refund checks to Michigan drivers. As of today’s date, the MCCA has not provided details on specific amounts of the refunds. They have also not released a timeline in which those refunds will be issued. Additional information is expected to be released within the next few weeks.
